Whether employees choose to be away from work for an extended time, part-time, or just for a few hours during the day, we respect needs. We trust employees to skilfully balance personal & work commitments.We judge employees by their work accomplishments, & not by how much face time they spend at the office.
Employees may want to take an extended break from work for many reasons. At Lee Wenyong & Co., it is easier to take a leave of absence between job assignments than it would be in most other professions. While this option gives employees additional flexibility, a leave of absence will not weigh against the overall career progression. When employees return to Lee Wenyong & Co., employees pick up where they left off.
We find assignments for employees that will involve continued work on SME client work or other suitable opportunities to contribute directly to the SME company’s growth.
